Key responsibilities for this position involve overseeing and executing a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role demands proficiency in managing daily operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable results. Additionally, the position requires meticulous attention to detail in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategic improvements. Delivering up to ten lessons weekly in their designated area of expertise.

Collaborate closely with the Principal to craft a dynamic short- and long-term vision that enhances the school’s culture and academic programs.

Establish and exemplify an unwavering standard of excellence, enthusiasm, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

Facilitate essential ceremonies as required to exemplify and embed organizational culture.

Promptly assess and address classroom and school-wide culture or behavioral concerns to ensure optimal instructional effectiveness and student learning outcomes.

Conduct instructional sessions for parents and external stakeholders.

Consult with the Teacher Lesson Design team to gather educators’ input regarding lesson plan evaluations.

Collaborate with the Operations Associate to ensure the availability of learning materials and teaching resources.

With guidance and mentorship from the Dean of Instruction and Learning, the role will involve ongoing professional growth and structured development opportunities.

Act as the primary decision-maker and lead the recruitment process for instructional staff positions, overseeing all stages from candidate sourcing to final selection.

Proficiently guide educators by conducting comprehensive classroom observations, providing detailed feedback, and performing thorough school walkthroughs to support their professional growth.

Oversee the implementation of professional development routines and initiatives throughout the school community.

Promote effective collaboration among educators, both within and across grade levels and subject areas, to enhance instructional consistency and student outcomes.

Gather, evaluate, disseminate, and contextualize both internal and external school assessment data, leveraging insights to inform strategic decisions aimed at enhancing student academic outcomes.

Responsibilities include directing the development, implementation, and evaluation of intervention initiatives designed to address the distinct academic requirements of various student subgroups, encompassing both remedial and enrichment-focused programs.

Collaborate effectively with the Dean of Instruction and Learning, alongside Senior Resident Teachers, to design and deliver professional development sessions that are both well-organized and highly engaging for participants.

Collaborate closely with the Dean of Instruction and Learning to coordinate and schedule academic school events within the timetable and calendar.

ABOUT YOU

Required qualifications and skills include: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology. At least three years of professional experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team are essential. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as experience with Agile methodologies, is highly desirable. Candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and possess valid TSC certification.

A master’s degree in education or education management is preferred.

With a minimum of three years in a demanding, high-expectations academic environment, you have held at least one instructional leadership position, such as department chair, grade-level lead, or teacher coach.

You demonstrate exceptional proficiency as an educator, with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding, inquiry-driven instruction.

You demonstrate a proven ability to enhance others’ performance through effective coaching while cultivating exceptionally strong, impactful relationships.

You possess a remarkable aptitude for strategic thinking while maintaining an unwavering commitment to meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating exceptional conscientiousness and precision in every task.
