The ideal candidate will oversee the pastry and bakery department, responsible for crafting premium baked goods while incorporating inventive and seasonal dessert concepts. Oversee the preparation and production of a diverse range of pastries, cakes, cookies, desserts, and artisan breads, ensuring meticulous quality control throughout the process.

Ensure uniform quality, flavor, and visual appeal across all bakery offerings.

Oversee kitchen expenditures, reduce unnecessary waste, and administer the pastry section budget with precision.

Properly manage the storage, handling, and inventory tracking of all ingredients and supplies to maintain accuracy and compliance with established protocols.

Supervise, provide guidance to, and support junior pastry staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
