The position requires meticulous processing and administration of insurance claims, guaranteeing precise and prompt resolutions while strictly adhering to established company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include assessing claims, conducting thorough incident investigations, liaising with all relevant parties, and overseeing the entire claims process—from initial reporting to final settlement. Additionally, the role entails fulfilling all commitments and obligations associated with the risks assumed by the company on behalf of its clients. A critical aspect of this role involves identifying and preventing fraudulent claims to reduce claim expenses and maintain favorable loss ratios.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Responsible for the preliminary evaluation and establishment of reserves for newly reported claims.

Review claims to determine their eligibility under the policy provisions.

Provide strategic recommendations regarding the resolution of claims to ensure equitable and efficient settlements.

Inform clients of the acceptance of their claims and provide a detailed explanation of the allocation process.

Analyzing and verifying service provider reports and recommendations, we prepare repair authorization letters for garages and courtesy vehicle correspondence.
