Provide leadership and management to all operational departments, encompassing Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Guides, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily activities.
Consistently provide an exceptional guest experience by personally hosting and overseeing all service delivery.
Mentor and advise department heads to uphold accountability, facilitate effective communication, and sustain professional standards.
Support the General Manager in optimizing operational logistics, procurement activities, inventory management, and expense control to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Supervise lodge operations on a daily basis, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to established protocols. Additionally, manage staff discipline and performance in the General Manager’s absence to maintain high operational standards.
Partner with the General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies, oversee budget formulation, and deliver comprehensive reporting.

Proven track record in overseeing hospitality operations or managing lodge facilities, with prior experience in the field.
Demonstrates extensive experience in guest relations and operations management roles.
Established track record in leading and developing teams comprising 20 or more employees.
Solid understanding of lodge logistics, stock control, and operational systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in safari lodges or remote hospitality environments is highly preferred.
