The Executive Assistant serves as a pivotal strategic and operational resource, ensuring flawless execution of executive responsibilities while enhancing efficiency and productivity within the Managing Director’s office. This role delivers essential support in administrative oversight, stakeholder liaison, and the management of confidential information. Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, overseeing the Managing Director’s schedule, correspondence, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handles both internal and external communications while maintaining seamless day-to-day office functions through proactive management of administrative priorities.

Strategic Research and Business Insights entails performing comprehensive market and industry research, compiling detailed performance reports, and delivering strategic business insights to facilitate informed decision-making. The role involves evaluating operational data to detect emerging trends, assess potential risks, and uncover growth opportunities for the organization.

Revenue Growth & Business Development: Analyze revenue trends, contribute to the identification of business development prospects, and aid in the implementation of strategic growth initiatives. The role involves partnering with leadership to refine cost structures and improve financial outcomes.

Maintain stringent confidentiality standards and ensure adherence to company policies when handling sensitive information. Serve as the primary gatekeeper for the Managing Director’s office, overseeing controlled access to confidential business documents.

Facilitate seamless execution of MD directives through cross-functional coordination, engaging with senior leadership to ensure alignment of business priorities and operational execution.

Drafting, reviewing, and refining reports, presentations, and other essential documents for the Managing Director constitutes a core responsibility. Additionally, the role involves compiling concise briefing materials and maintaining the MD’s awareness of pivotal business developments to support informed decision-making.

Board & Executive-Level Reporting: Responsible for structuring and managing board meetings by developing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Additionally, they will facilitate the precise and prompt delivery of business performance metrics to the Managing Director and board members.

Provide financial oversight and budgeting assistance by managing expense tracking, financial reporting, and budget development for the Managing Director’s office. Collaborate closely with finance teams to uphold financial discipline and ensure alignment of executive operations with established fiscal policies and objectives.

Oversee specialized projects and key strategic initiatives, guaranteeing their punctual completion and alignment with corporate objectives. In addition, they will facilitate business transformation by enhancing operational workflows and refining executive-level processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; alternatively, proven relevant experience can substitute for formal education. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams are necessary. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a closely aligned discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of professional experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or equivalent capacity, you will bring a wealth of expertise to this role.
