You will also:

Create a safe and secure environment that fosters comfort and well-being for children.

Develop and implement daily age-appropriate activities for children, meticulously aligned with the established curriculum, structured schemes of work, and detailed lesson plans.

Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and revising schemes of work and lesson plans to ensure alignment with the established school curriculum, in collaboration with the Curriculum Development Manager.

When tasked with addressing specific subject areas or topics, responsibilities include preparing and administering assessments as needed.

Deliver a diverse array of educational materials and hands-on resources that encourage exploration, manipulation, and engagement in both structured learning activities and creative imaginative play.

Provide guidance and supervision to students regarding the proper operation and maintenance of equipment and materials, ensuring safety protocols are followed to minimize the risk of injuries and prevent damage.

Devise and facilitate engaging activities—including games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling—to foster holistic growth in physical, mental, and social domains.

Prepare learning environments and recreational areas—both indoors and outdoors—by organizing materials and spaces to support imaginative play, educational activities, and the development of motor skills while ensuring a safe setting for all participants.

Monitor and assess each child’s development, compiling detailed written reports to be shared with the Principal, additional school administrators, and parents.

Track and document children’s developmental milestones and progress through detailed reports and records.

Deliver personalized and group-based instruction, tailoring pedagogical approaches to align with the diverse learning preferences and academic requirements of students.

Upon arrival, children are welcomed into the school environment, where they receive assistance with removing outerwear and are guided toward engaging activities tailored to their interests.

Enforce behavioral guidelines and institutional policies to ensure a structured and orderly environment for students.

Plan and oversee class projects, field trips, guest visits, and other experiential learning opportunities, while mentoring students to derive valuable insights from these engagements.

Professional development is maintained and enhanced by participating in meetings, conferences, and training workshops relevant to the field.

Provide support during the boarding and disembarking processes of passengers on and off the bus.

Assigned by your Manager, additional responsibilities may be required from time to time.

ABOUT YOU

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on full-stack development. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java is essential, along with expertise in frameworks like React, Node.js, or Django. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable. A solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are equally important. Additionally, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git) is preferred.

You must possess a TSC certificate to be eligible for this position. This certification is mandatory to ensure compliance with the established professional standards. Additionally, you should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field. The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes. Proficiency in using learning management systems and other educational technologies is essential. Furthermore, you must demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

A degree pertinent to the field of Education is required.

You possess a minimum of three years of hands-on teaching experience, with a proven track record in delivering effective instruction and fostering student engagement.
