Please submit your CV along with a concise written response (maximum 500 words) addressing the following scenario: “A client in the Middle East has requested a mixed-use commercial tower to be structurally completed within 18 months from the start of mobilization. The MEP subcontractor has reported a four-week delay in rough-in works for levels 12 to 18, attributed to delayed shop drawing approvals. Meanwhile, the façade contractor’s schedule is structured to proceed floor-by-floor from Level 10 upwards. Identify three critical-path risks stemming from these delays and provide one mitigation strategy for each, ensuring all assumptions are explicitly stated.” Qualified applicants are invited to send their CVs to recruitment@excelon.co.ke, with the position clearly mentioned in the email subject line.
