Spearhead sales initiatives across the MI and NI portfolio in East Africa, with a primary emphasis on Tanzania, to drive revenue and market penetration.

To cultivate a robust comprehension of customer strategies, market dynamics, and digital infrastructure priorities in East Africa.

We analyze customer business and technology challenges to uncover and develop potential opportunities, ensuring they align with Nokia’s solutions.

Devise and implement strategic initiatives for assigned accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Cultivate and sustain robust, trust-centered partnerships with key stakeholders at senior levels throughout technical, operational, and commercial domains.

Own and uphold the integrity of the sales pipeline, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and rigorous adherence to CRM protocols and procedures.

Orchestrate intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, guiding opportunities from initial identification through to successful negotiation and final contract execution.

Partner with international and local teams to craft compelling sales strategies and create successful proposals.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in account management and solution sales, specifically within the telecommunications and/or information technology sectors, the ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.

A comprehensive understanding of Mobile Networks, Digital Infrastructure, and automation is required.

Proficient in mobile and fixed network environments, with a strong emphasis on emerging markets, is essential for this role.

Achieved a consistent history of surpassing or meeting established sales objectives.

Professionals with a proven track record in selling software solutions and associated services within the telecommunications or IT sectors are strongly preferred for this opportunity.

Professional individuals with a proven track record of overseeing partners and ecosystems within extensive transformation initiatives are strongly preferred.

Experienced with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce, along with comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
