The incumbent will oversee the end-to-end processing and administration of insurance claims, maintaining precision and efficiency in resolutions while strictly adhering to established company policies and protocols. This encompasses assessing claims, conducting thorough investigations into incidents, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and overseeing all phases of the claim lifecycle—from initial notification through to final settlement. Additionally, the role will ensure the fulfillment of all contractual obligations and commitments made by the company in its capacity as risk bearer for clients. A key responsibility includes identifying and mitigating fraudulent claims to reduce associated costs and sustain optimal loss ratios.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify areas for enhancement. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. Professionally notify clients regarding the acceptance of their claims and provide details about the allocation process.

Analyzing and verifying service provider reports and recommendations, the role involves drafting repair authorization letters to garages and composing courtesy vehicle letters.

Skilled professionals will be engaged to conduct thorough investigations into suspicious claims, ensuring prompt completion within established deadlines.

Preparation and issuance of discharge vouchers for approved proposals, along with the creation of formal offer letters.

Reviewing files post-payment and verifying claims payment vouchers before dispatching them constitutes the core responsibilities of this role.

Ensure prompt handling of all inquiries and payments.

Handles the disbursement of payments to process service providers in accordance with established financial guidelines and contractual obligations.

Third-party recovery specialists are tasked with collecting delinquent accounts on behalf of creditors, lenders, or financial institutions. They analyze debtor financial profiles, negotiate repayment terms, and pursue outstanding balances through persistent, compliant outreach.
