Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
Seasoned professionals with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated excellence in cultivating leads and driving revenue expansion.
Experienced in leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a strong background in both management and coaching. Skilled in driving team performance, setting strategic goals, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Proven ability to mentor team members, enhance individual and collective capabilities, and achieve consistent sales targets.
Proven expertise in customer relationship management, pipeline oversight, and sales analytics is essential.
Professionals with a proven track record in corporate sales, SME engagement, NGO partnerships, educational institution outreach, logistics sector dealings, and enterprise-level client acquisition are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and relationship management is essential for this role.
A familiarity with Nairobi’s corporate network represents an additional asset for this role.
