A Property Manager is sought to supervise property operations, maintain tenant relations, and ensure optimal revenue performance.

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is required for this position. Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a closely related role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and proficiency with software tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet applications are essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and present complex financial information clearly. Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is a key requirement. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, GAAP standards, and financial reporting frameworks is advantageous.

A diploma or degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or Business is required for this position.

With a minimum of two to four years of hands-on experience in property management, you possess a strong foundation in overseeing residential or commercial properties. Your background includes responsibilities such as tenant relations, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

Proven expertise in lease administration and tenant relations, with a demonstrated ability to oversee lease agreements and maintain positive tenant interactions.

Proficiency in property laws and regulatory compliance is essential, ensuring adherence to legal frameworks governing real estate transactions and property management.

Effective communication and analytical problem-solving capabilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to convey ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with team members. Additionally, they will employ structured approaches to identify, assess, and resolve challenges methodically. These competencies ensure seamless interactions and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management systems is essential. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience with these tools to efficiently handle daily tasks and streamline workflows. Familiarity with spreadsheet software for data analysis, word processing for documentation, and property systems for tracking and reporting is required. The ability to navigate and utilize these systems effectively will be a key factor in performing job duties accurately and promptly.
