Develop and oversee program schedules within Primavera P6 for civil, structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines. Conduct critical path analysis, schedule compression evaluations, and delay assessments. Generate earned value management (EVM) reports, including CPI/SPI tracking and traffic-light dashboards. Conduct site visits to evaluate progress. Oversee contractors and consultants, administer contractual agreements, and perform what-if scenario analyses for procurement sequencing, resource optimization, and logistics planning. Prepare technical memoranda and briefing documents compliant with international program management standards. Utilize ERP Next for project controls and Google Workspace for document management, incorporating AI-driven workflows.

A recognized Kenyan university must award a B.Sc./B.Eng. in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture, as this serves as the essential domain background for planning competence.
