A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/AI, Business Operations, or a closely related discipline is required.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in AI/ML operations, data annotation, technical delivery, program management, business process outsourcing (BPO), or comparable operational settings.

Preferred candidates will have prior experience overseeing or assisting with annotation workflows, AI data pipelines, computer vision applications, autonomous and advanced driver-assistance systems (AV/ADAS), robotics initiatives, or autonomous system development.

Demonstrated success in client-facing roles within technical delivery settings driven by key performance indicators.
