Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack development, is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential. Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment are critical. Knowledge of cloud services, such as AWS or Azure, and DevOps practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to convey technical information effectively. Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is also necessary.
Possess direct field sales experience, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Possess demonstrated experience in client-facing positions, including direct sales and customer service, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Proficiency in both English and Luganda, with a strong command of spoken English and fluency in Luganda, is essential.
Proven ability to build strong interpersonal connections is essential; you demonstrate initiative, thrive in diverse social settings, and take pleasure in cultivating meaningful professional relationships.
