Monitor market dynamics by systematically updating a database that tracks market size, competitor profiles, and market share distribution. Deliver timely market intelligence reports, including insights on pricing trends, emerging customer opportunities, and competitive actions, to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure adherence to the standardized offer book in alignment with customer promise initiatives.

Proactively safeguard market position and ensure continuity of revenue streams by systematically renewing all critical customer contracts to prevent competitive encroachment.

Oversee credit operations in strict adherence to the company’s credit policy and established manual of authorities. Facilitate debt collection in accordance with mutually agreed trading terms while conducting customer credit appraisals as they come due.

Ensure timely delivery of all invoices and statements to customers while promptly addressing and resolving any invoice disputes that may arise.

Ensure the establishment and adherence to company policies and procedures, while maintaining the necessary controls to uphold compliance and operational integrity.

Regularly conduct equipment audits at client locations and promptly recommend or implement corrective measures. Coordinate with Engineering teams as needed regarding tank installations, revalidation processes, and other technical specifications.
