Oversee the organization and cleanliness of departmental areas by performing weekly walkthroughs to ensure compliance with standards and identify any areas requiring attention.
Maintain rigorous food safety standards and meticulously implement precautionary measures in accordance with the hotel’s food safety and hygiene protocols, specifically adhering to HACCP guidelines, throughout the department.
Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards across all Outlets.
Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs, and correspondence.
Identify emerging market demands and consumer preferences related to food offerings for hotel patrons as well as the surrounding community.
Cultivate and sustain productive working relationships with the management teams of other departments within your defined areas of responsibility through regular interaction and collaboration.
Build rapport and engage with local community members and prospective guests as needed.

Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel fire and life safety protocols, as well as established emergency procedures.
