Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field, complemented by at least five years of hands-on experience in software development, preferably with expertise in full-stack development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with familiarity with frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are required to thrive in this role. The ideal applicant will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

Teaching Excellence: The Professor will deliver high-impact lectures, guide student research, and mentor scholars across diverse academic disciplines. With a terminal degree in their field, they will contribute to curriculum development, publish original research, and secure funding through grants. Responsibilities include evaluating student performance, advising dissertations, and serving on departmental and institutional committees. The role demands strong communication skills, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and the ability to foster an engaging learning environment.

A minimum of three years of university-level teaching experience, specifically in the capacity of an Associate Professor, is required.

Requirements include holding a minimum of sixty (60) publication points in the capacity of an Associate Professor or equivalent, with at least forty (40) of these points derived from refereed scholarly journals.

Successfully guided a minimum of five postgraduate students to graduation, with at least two of those students completing doctoral programs.
