Job Description

Deliver continuous Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT) assistance.

What you will do

Configure new computer systems and perform regular maintenance on computers and related equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Conduct training sessions to familiarize users with new technologies and provide new employees with guidance on utilizing the email system, internal policies, standard operating procedures, and IT resources effectively.

Provide support in the implementation of network infrastructure, including the installation and configuration of switches and routers.

Safeguard staff data by maintaining secure backups in OneDrive and SharePoint.

Prepare detailed specifications for computers, printers, scanners, tablets, and internet services, and ensure all necessary confirmations are obtained throughout the procurement process.

Daily monitoring of server rooms is conducted to verify that all equipment operates at peak performance levels.

Maintain an accurate and current inventory of all IT assets and equipment.

Collaborate proactively with external service providers to guarantee adherence to and fulfillment of established service level agreements.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business and Information Technology is required.

Additional professional qualifications include Microsoft Certified Professional certification, Compton A+, Compton Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), among other recognized and current IT certifications.

Experienced with both Windows and Linux operating systems, with a strong understanding of their respective functionalities and applications.

Exhibits a steadfast commitment to professional integrity and demonstrates meticulous focus on accuracy in all responsibilities.
