Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of three to five years of professional experience in communications, impact reporting, and fundraising communications is required, preferably in a non-profit, NGO, or healthcare environment.
Accomplished in crafting compelling narratives, producing engaging content, and engaging donors through clear, persuasive communication.
Skilled in graphic design and multimedia software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, and comparable applications.
With a strong background in photography, videography, and social media management, you bring a versatile skill set to the role. Your expertise in capturing high-quality visuals and creating engaging content positions you to effectively oversee digital media initiatives. Additionally, your hands-on experience in managing social media platforms ensures seamless execution of campaigns and brand presence.
Exceptional analytical prowess, inventive thinking, and polished interpersonal communication abilities are essential for this role.
Proficiency in ethical storytelling practices, safeguarding measures, and maintaining beneficiary confidentiality is essential.
A well-curated portfolio highlighting impact reports, donor communications, graphic design, and video production capabilities would be highly beneficial.
