Reporting to the Regional Partner Director with a secondary reporting line to the AFR New Business Sales Director, this role is accountable for identifying and integrating new Sales Partners—including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors—across Africa to accelerate partner channel sales throughout Teens’ comprehensive product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing and participating in monthly pipeline reviews with Teens leadership and partner stakeholders, and cultivating enduring relationships with existing sales partners. You will ensure these partners remain driven to generate pipeline activity while equipping and empowering them to effectively prospect for Teens within their respective markets. Additionally, you will serve as the key intermediary between partners and Teens’ solutions teams.
RESPONSIBILITES
You will identify prospective companies to evaluate potential Sales Partnership opportunities, including Introducers, Resellers, and Distributors, while establishing and assigning strategic targets, key accounts, markets, products, and effective go-to-market approaches.

As Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead sales initiatives aimed at broadening Teens’ market presence within targeted regions.
