Accurately capture, verify and update data into company system and database.
Review and analyze data to identify inconsistencies, errors or missing information.
Generate reports and summaries to support operational and management decision making.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of electronic documents.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to collect and validate required information.
Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to enhance reporting accuracy.
Address data-related inquiries promptly and offer administrative assistance as needed.
Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of information.
By analyzing operational trends and identifying existing gaps within processes, this role will actively contribute to the enhancement of process improvement initiatives.
Diligently manage data entry and reporting responsibilities to ensure strict adherence to established deadlines and deliverables.
Ensure the strict confidentiality of all proprietary company data and sensitive client information is upheld at all times.
Provide dependable administrative assistance to help achieve departmental goals with precision and efficiency.
Perform any additional tasks as directed by management as part of my responsibilities.
About you
Holders of a Diploma in Logistics or equivalent professional credentials are eligible to apply for this position.
A higher education qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
With a minimum of three years of demonstrated expertise in data analysis—ideally within the logistics sector—this role requires a candidate equipped to deliver insightful analytical solutions.
Proficient in utilizing data visualization management tools is required.
Demonstrates exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely while maintaining meticulous organizational proficiency.
