Overseeing human resource functions such as organizational design, staffing decisions, employee well-being initiatives, professional development programs, labor relations management, separation processes, and strategic succession planning.

The role involves maintaining consistent progress toward the SACCO’s financial and operational targets while submitting internal audit reports and recommendations on a quarterly basis.

Ensuring adherence to SACCO policies, regulations, and applicable government laws is a key responsibility.
The SACCO’s Strategic Plan will be led and executed, with quarterly progress reports provided to track advancements.
Person Profile
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a cooperative education program is required.
A degree in Management or another closely related field is required.
Qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA(K)) and holds active membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (IC PAK).
With a minimum of seven years of relevant industry experience, including five years in a dedicated role, you will bring a wealth of expertise to this position.
Holding a senior management position within a financial institution, you will oversee strategic decision-making and guide the organization toward its long-term objectives. This role demands extensive experience in financial services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
