The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining high standards of customer service, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, and thriving under pressure while upholding a deep understanding of customer service best practices.

Oversee critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Execute tasks with precision, prioritizing accuracy and timeliness to meet project deadlines. Collaborate across departments to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of accountability. Implement best practices to optimize workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain clear communication channels to ensure seamless coordination and alignment among team members and stakeholders.

Track and analyze key customer service metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Draft, implement, and periodically review standard operating procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality customer service operations.

Address elevated customer concerns by delivering prompt and effective resolutions.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Logistics, to deliver a cohesive and seamless customer experience.

Foster a supportive and cooperative workplace culture where teamwork thrives and professional relationships are cultivated.

Provide support to the Marketing team through telemarketing efforts.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create and implement customer service strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.

Consistently providing customers with timely updates is essential.
