JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate will drive the expansion of the independent agents’ insurance portfolio by acquiring new business and maintaining existing relationships in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field—such as Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance—or an equivalent qualification from an accredited university is required.
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in software development or a closely related area. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and proficiency in multiple programming languages are essential. Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions are also required.
A recognized qualification in Marketing within the Insurance sector, such as a Diploma from AII or progress towards ACID/CII, is required.
Experienced in a wide array of insurance product categories.
