Seeking a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development. Support the procurement function by identifying and engaging potential suppliers, requesting and comparing quotes, and facilitating the issuance of purchase orders.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management processes, such as tracking stock levels, coordinating replenishment efforts, and ensuring inventory accuracy through regular verification.

Assist with evaluating demand forecasts and current inventory levels to enhance inventory replenishment strategies and reduce the occurrence of stock-outs.

Partner with logistics providers to guarantee the prompt arrival of goods and materials, fulfilling both production schedules and customer expectations.

Support the coordination and oversight of shipments by maintaining accurate records of their status, updating tracking information, and addressing any transportation discrepancies or delivery delays as they arise.

Maintain precise documentation and records pertaining to procurement, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Contribute to supply chain enhancement projects and programs aimed at optimizing processes and boosting operational efficiency.

Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to verify adherence to quality standards and service level agreements.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with three or more years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
