Oversee and mentor Assistant Plant Controllers to maintain accurate and timely monthly cost reporting, ensuring operational efficiency and financial integrity.
Maintain precise product costing within SAP FICO, including Bills of Materials (Boys), routings, standard costing methodologies, and inventory valuation practices.
Coordinate month-end and year-end financial closings by overseeing inventory counts, assessing work-in-progress (WIP) valuations, and conducting comprehensive variance analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
Analyze and manage manufacturing expenditures, including raw materials, labor, energy, overhead costs, and overall production efficiency.
Monitor plant operating expenses and compare them to the budgeted amounts, identifying any discrepancies and proposing corrective measures to address them.
Responsible for managing inventory control and monitoring stock movements, ensuring both accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
Track costs and budget utilization for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects, ensuring accurate monitoring throughout project execution.
Collaborate with production, procurement, maintenance, and supply chain teams to enhance cost efficiency.
Spearhead ongoing enhancements to reporting precision and operational efficiency to ensure sustained progress and measurable outcomes.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with three to five years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze complex data sets efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is necessary to ensure adherence to established guidelines. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce is required for this role.
CPA (K) or an equivalent professional certification is required; possession of IC PAK membership will be considered an additional benefit.
Experience
With a minimum of ten years of professional experience, including at least five years focused on plant controlling or cost accounting within a manufacturing setting, candidates should demonstrate a strong background in these specialized areas.
Proficient in utilizing advanced features of MS Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to create intricate spreadsheets, perform complex data analysis, and design compelling presentations.
Proficiency in executing SAP FICO, COPY, and conducting Monthly SAP System Cost runs is essential.
