Proven seeks a dynamic, results-oriented, and proactive Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead the expansion of its market presence across Kenya and the broader region.

The position encompasses lead generation, sales execution, client relationship management, outreach initiatives, and corporate account expansion. The preferred candidate will be tasked with establishing and nurturing a robust sales pipeline. This will be accomplished through the identification of critical business opportunities and potential clients. The objective is to surpass predetermined monthly and annual targets while driving revenue growth.

Engage in the preparation and submission of bids and tenders as part of the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and conduct informative product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or relevant professional experience of equivalent duration is required.

With a minimum of two years of corporate sales experience under your belt, you possess a solid foundation in driving revenue and fostering client relationships within a business-to-business context. This background equips you with the strategic acumen and negotiation skills necessary to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

Results-oriented professional with a strong track record of successfully finalizing sales transactions. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through effective negotiation and deal closure.
