JOB SUMMARY

The Business Coach will provide practical enterprise development assistance to young women and men involved in livestock and age-related value chains. Utilizing the REAP Graduation Model alongside a Market Systems Development approach, the Business Coach will oversee participant identification and selection, facilitate training, offer business mentorship and coaching, manage grants, and establish group savings and loan linkages with markets and financial institutions to help participants establish sustainable, scalable, and resilient enterprises. Additionally, the Business Coach will collaborate closely with consortium partners and technical experts to ensure participants receive the necessary technical skills and support needed to grow their businesses.

This position demands extensive fieldwork and a robust technical foundation in livestock and agribusiness, financial inclusion, value chain development, private sector collaboration, and youth-focused mentorship.

The Business Coach will facilitate participants in gaining essential practical knowledge, valuable resources, and strategic connections to successfully access markets, enhance profitability, and foster sustainable business growth.
