JOB SUMMARY
The Business Coach will provide practical enterprise development assistance to young male and female participants involved in livestock and age-related value chains. Employing the REAP Graduation Model alongside a Market Systems Development approach, the Business Coach will oversee participant identification and selection, deliver training, offer business mentorship and coaching, manage grants, and facilitate group savings and loan linkages to markets and financial institutions. This role will empower participants to establish sustainable, scalable, and resilient enterprises. Collaboration with consortium partners and technical experts will ensure participants gain access to the specialized skills and support necessary for business growth.
