Executing delivery schedules, interbranch transfers, and asset returns, with a focus on timely and cost-efficient distribution
The role involves managing and coordinating corporate taxi services, encompassing Little Cab operations, airport transfers, car rental arrangements, and handling payments to affiliated vendors.
Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting daily stock movements, as well as assisting with monthly stock counts and reconciliation procedures.
Monitoring corporate cab and staff transport usage, as well as facilitating fleet maintenance coordination, conducting swap reconciliations, and tracking vehicle availability.
Promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or breakdowns and diligently following up as directed are essential to ensuring uninterrupted fleet operations.

All logistics operations must adhere to established transport, fleet, and safety policies, which entails confirming that drivers, riders, and vehicles possess current licenses, insurance coverage, and all required statutory documentation prior to deployment.

Seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in a specialized field, evidenced by extensive experience and deep technical knowledge. 2–3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transport operations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting, with a meticulous eye for precision in documentation.
Effective communication and collaborative abilities are essential, coupled with the capacity to prioritize and execute multiple tasks concurrently.
Able to adapt to varying schedules, including weekends as needed.
Professionally preferred qualifications include prior engagement with transport vendors or drivers, as well as hands-on experience in facilitating inventory movements and managing logistics documentation.
