Facilitating seamless and transparent communication channels between the Board and staff is essential to this role.
Responsibilities encompass overseeing human resource functions such as designing organizational frameworks, facilitating staff appointments, ensuring employee welfare, coordinating training initiatives, managing industrial relations, handling staff separations, and implementing robust succession planning strategies for leadership continuity.
