The Labour Market Integration & Human Resource Administrator (LMA & HR) is an entry-level position that plays a pivotal role within Nairobi’ Programs and Partnerships Department. This officer will function as the key intermediary between Nairobi graduates and prospective employers, cultivating strategic employer partnerships, offering career readiness guidance to graduates, and monitoring post-training employment outcomes. Oversee the management of the organization’s medical scheme and pension/provident fund, coordinating with insurance administrators to process reimbursements, facilitate new enrollments, and handle removals.

Responsible for administering employee leave processes and maintaining precise records within the RIMS system to ensure accurate reporting; additionally, tasked with generating monthly organizational charts.

Oversee the performance management system to guarantee adherence to critical dates and deadlines.

Oversee the administration of contracts for volunteers, temporary staff, and interns.
