The Opportunity:

Lead sales initiatives and deliver business goals across Sub-Saharan Africa, spanning 15 countries including those in the West African, East African, and South African neighboring markets. This role involves engaging key accounts and other customers by executing well-defined sales, marketing, and market access strategies across all animal species, including Poultry, Pets, Ruminants, Swine, Equine, and Veterinary Public Health (VPH). Implement strategic action plans through established distribution channels and partnerships, ensuring adherence to Boehringer Ingelheim’s global policies. The position is based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Duties include overseeing daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, delegating tasks to team members, maintaining project timelines, and resolving any arising issues promptly. Additional responsibilities encompass monitoring performance metrics, fostering team collaboration, implementing process improvements, and aligning projects with organizational objectives.
