Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties to ensure operational excellence and organizational success, including strategic planning, team leadership, and process optimization. Assess and comprehend architectural, structural, and MEP drawings with precision, ensuring accurate interpretation of design specifications and technical details.
Responsible for installing comprehensive hot and cold water supply systems, as well as drainage, soil, waste, and vent systems.
Install sanitary fixtures, pumps, tanks, filtration systems, and booster systems in accordance with design specifications and applicable codes.
Perform underground drainage systems and specialized plumbing installations to exacting standards.
Installation of irrigation systems, wet risers, sprinkler systems, jacuzzi piping, and pool piping is required.
Perform pressure testing, drainage assessments, and system commissioning to ensure operational integrity and performance standards are met.
Ensure adherence to British Standards, relevant local regulations, and OSHA safety protocols throughout all operations.
