Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is highly desirable.
A recognized diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education (ECD) is a prerequisite for this role.
