A dynamic and driven Sales Executive is required by our Client to enhance travel sales through the acquisition and management of clients spanning institutions, corporate entities, and non-governmental organizations.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder management to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and sustainability. Monitor performance metrics and key indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions. Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and departmental heads to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with company goals. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Develop and nurture robust professional connections with pivotal stakeholders and key decision-makers across relevant industries.

A strong candidate for this role will meet the following essential criteria: a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar position, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant must demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Additionally, prior experience managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are also required to ensure high-quality outcomes.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of proven sales experience—ideally within the travel, hospitality, or a closely related sector—you bring a strong foundation to this role.
