Collaborate closely with the Senior Culinary team to drive the creation of innovative menus and product development initiatives, ensuring meticulous analysis and precise costing are incorporated throughout the process.
Responsible for developing and executing strategic food promotions to drive engagement and sales.
Oversee the upkeep and organization of departmental spaces through regular walkthroughs conducted on a weekly basis.
To uphold stringent food safety protocols and maintain compliance with the hotel’s food safety and hygiene standards, including HACCP guidelines, within the department.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards across all Outlets by conducting regular inspections and assessments to uphold regulatory requirements and company policies.
All departmental reports, schedules, standard recipes, menus, food presentation photographs, and correspondence must be meticulously prepared and submitted without delay.
Assess and analyze evolving consumer preferences and industry trends to develop food menu offerings tailored to the needs of hotel guests and the local community.
Collaborate with leadership from various departments to cultivate and sustain productive working relationships.
Forge professional connections and engage with local community members and prospective guests as needed.
Assumes additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to supporting cross-functional teams, assisting with special projects, and contributing to departmental initiatives. Possess in-depth knowledge of hotel fire and life safety protocols, as well as emergency response procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
You are required to participate in all scheduled briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with DevOps practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
