Collaborate closely with the CEO, the Development team, and program leadership to evaluate which funding avenues align best with the organization’s diverse needs.

Support the development of financial models to assess government co-financing structures, ensure alignment with donor match requirements, and evaluate phased implementation strategies, working capital needs, and long-term sustainability.

Advise the CEO and Board on tradeoffs related to scale, risk, unrestricted reserves, cost recovery, donor restrictions, and country-level financial exposure.

Splash functions across various time zones while offering flexible work arrangements. Employees have the autonomy to establish consistent hours aligned with their local time zone, though they must remain accessible for occasional after-hours commitments. This structure is complemented by a self-directed schedule that prioritizes personal downtime.

The package includes 18 days of paid vacation, which rises by two days annually to a maximum of 28, along with 11 paid holidays and Wellness Fridays, offering reduced hours on Fridays. The company also provides two separate one-week paid breaks, scheduled during the July 4th holiday week and the final week of December.
