A degree in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related discipline—at the diploma or bachelor’s level—is required.
With a minimum of two to three years of dedicated experience in animal feeds sales or a comparable agricultural sales setting, candidates must demonstrate a robust and proven track record in this specialized field.
Professionals with a proven track record in field sales operations, adept at implementing Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, and skilled in territory management are encouraged to apply.
Professional experience collaborating with agricultural producers, agricultural input suppliers, distribution networks, and stakeholders within the livestock value chain is required.
Proven capability to effectively stimulate secondary sales, oversee collections, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Possession of a valid driving license is advantageous for this role.
