Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position entails cultivating robust client relationships, advocating premium offerings to clinics and hospitals, and collaborating with dental professionals to elevate sales within the dental supplies sector.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to organizational objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with company goals and regulatory standards. Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement in processes, performance metrics, and service delivery. Provide guidance and support to staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.

Drive sales of an extensive portfolio of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental practices, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.

Leverage field visits, referrals, and industry events to uncover and cultivate new business opportunities.

Develop and sustain lasting professional connections with dental professionals and influential stakeholders in the field.

Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions designed to ensure clients achieve a thorough understanding of product usage, benefits, and maintenance requirements.

Diligently track and document competitor actions, pricing strategies, and new developments within the dental supply sector, then provide comprehensive reports on findings.

Work collaboratively with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee prompt deliveries and deliver outstanding client service.

Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals.

Accurately document all sales-related activities, customer engagements, and market intelligence to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including but not limited to Java, Python, or C++, is essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional analytical skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams are required. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with experience in DevOps practices, is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions and optimizing system performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders are also critical.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.

Minimum of three years’ demonstrable sales expertise within the dental or medical supplies sector is required.

Proficiency in dental equipment and products is strongly preferred.

Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations, conduct effective negotiations, and foster strong interpersonal relationships.

Requires strong command of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Extensive travel within the designated territory is a requirement of this role.
