The Manager, Governance & Regulatory, plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, ensuring unwavering adherence to regulatory compliance standards, and providing strategic support for company secretarial operations. This position is tasked with guaranteeing that the organization fully complies with all applicable statutory and regulatory obligations, thereby safeguarding operational integrity and mitigating risk exposure.
