Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of the Recycling staff, which involves overseeing mixed waste sorting, plastic sorting, glass sorting, pig food sorting, and baling procedures.
Planning and managing attendance schedules will be among your key responsibilities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of staff attendance to maintain operational efficiency.
Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to guarantee that segregated materials adhere to both organizational and regulatory requirements.
Adhere strictly to established safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Oversee and enhance sorting operations to achieve optimal efficiency while reducing downtime to the lowest possible levels.
Efficiently manage the scheduling and deployment of forklifts to facilitate recycling operations.
Ensure meticulous documentation of sorted materials, equipment utilization, and staff productivity metrics.
You are responsible for ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations to uphold a secure and compliant workplace environment.
Compile and deliver weekly performance reports, including key Objective Key Results (OKR) metrics, for review and analysis.
Prepare and submit petty cash requests, then actively follow up to ensure timely approval and payment processing.
Oversee inventory levels of materials and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure prompt removal and transportation.
Perform routine assessments and evaluations of equipment to ensure compliance with established standards and operational efficiency.
