Job Purpose Statement

This position entails a technical role focused on the analysis, design, development, and management of NCAA Digital Business Middleware platforms, including all integration points with the Core Banking System, Bank Channels, Partners, and other third-party systems.

This position implements business strategy via the RITA by optimizing information flow across multiple Bank Systems. Candidates must possess strong prototyping capabilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within an agile team to balance competing priorities. Additionally, the role involves designing solutions aligned with a broader roadmap and actively supporting deployed technologies.

Overseeing primary responsibilities, the role involves managing critical client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Key duties include developing and executing tailored business plans, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position requires regular performance analysis, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential to meet targets and foster long-term partnerships.

The successful fulfillment of these responsibilities will strengthen NCAA’s brand positioning by fulfilling the following essential duties:

The design, analysis, development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of all Systems Integration processes account for 40% of the responsibilities.

Deliver advanced technical assistance by addressing complex escalations referred from both the IT Operations and IT Applications Teams, constituting approximately 20% of responsibilities.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures governing the development and administration of NCAA Integration Platforms and Middleware repositories, in alignment with ITIL and other recognized best practices, contributing 10% to overall performance evaluation.

Maintain and audit existing service lifecycle artifacts in alignment with agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Cultivate and oversee productive relationships and protocols with technical platform owners as well as internal business stakeholders, accounting for 10% of responsibilities.

Provide strategic counsel to internal stakeholders on technological enhancements to align with and fully achieve business goals, accounting for approximately 10% of overall responsibilities.

We seek a highly motivated professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to established protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in industry-standard software. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the role demands excellent communication abilities, problem-solving acumen, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality results.

Design and develop, as well as continuously enhance, the Bank’s Integration Platforms, including the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) systems.

Enforce internal policies and procedures governing software application management, aligning with ITIL standards and industry best practices.

Deliver specialized expertise in resolving 2nd level escalations related to the bank’s Integration Platforms, supporting IT platform teams in their ongoing operational responsibilities.

Apply expertise in essential technology concepts and platforms, including Oracle SOA and Java, to drive solutions and deliver results.

Ensure services are consistently available in accordance with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate closely with business and product development teams to establish detailed functional and technical requirements, and devise innovative solutions tailored to fulfilling these needs.

Skilled oversight of external partner relationships and established service delivery protocols is required to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to agreed standards.

Offer expert technical counsel and direction to users and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns with precision while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.

In-house software applications are developed by internal teams, ensuring tailored solutions that precisely align with the organization’s operational needs and strategic objectives. These custom-built applications integrate seamlessly with existing systems, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and data-driven decision-making across departments. The development process emphasizes scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards to support long-term business growth and adaptability in an evolving technological landscape.

Leverage version control and issue-tracking platforms to streamline workflows and ensure seamless collaboration across development teams.

Ensure all assigned bank information technology platforms remain current with technological advancements and innovations to safeguard technology investments.

Assess, execute, and sustain the designated work packages associated with Integration Projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines.

Assist in the creation and ongoing refinement of the Business Continuity Plan and Data Security Plan for the Integration Platforms, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery at all times.

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions on integration platforms for IT Operations and IT Applications teams as needed.

Conducts research and development initiatives to assess emerging technologies and determine their viability for platform optimization.

Develop unit test code designed to ensure robustness, encompassing edge cases, usability, and overall reliability.

Monitor and oversee service user complaints diligently to uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
