Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of assigned duties and obligations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and implement corrective measures as necessary to maintain efficiency and productivity. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing specialized tools, systems, and methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance performance metrics. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate informed decision-making.

Deliver comprehensive administrative and personal assistant services to senior leadership, ensuring seamless operational efficiency and adherence to executive requirements.

Oversee project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines, document actions systematically, and verify the completion of deliverables.

Oversee the organization and coordination of calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel plans to ensure seamless scheduling and operational efficiency.

Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence while overseeing the company’s social media platforms and other digital communication channels.

Facilitate the development of engaging content for newsletters, blogs, website updates, and marketing materials.

Facilitate seamless information exchange and collaboration between internal departments and external partners, ensuring alignment and clarity in all communications.

Provide support in the coordination and execution of events, meetings, training sessions, and company-wide activities.

Maintain meticulous filing and documentation systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Address routine client and customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Requirements

A diploma or degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

Effective communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in organizing tasks and prioritizing schedules effectively.

Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools effectively.

Possesses a foundational understanding of social media management and content creation practices.

Demonstrates strong organizational skills while effectively prioritizing tasks and operating independently with minimal oversight.

Demonstrates a commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.

Digital marketing expertise would be advantageous for this role.
