Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years in a comparable role, preferably within the professional services sector. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, along with active CPA license or progress toward certification. Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting software is essential. Exceptional analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning are critical. Must demonstrate experience in financial auditing, tax compliance, and strategic financial analysis while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Requires a minimum of three to four years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role. Candidates must possess prior hands-on involvement in tasks aligned with the position’s core responsibilities to ensure effective performance from the outset.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to optimize productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate closely with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to align initiatives with long-term business goals. Monitor progress through regular assessments, data analysis, and progress reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous development to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, overseeing every stage from initial candidate sourcing to final onboarding. Identify and attract top talent through strategic outreach, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and culture. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates rigorously, selecting the most qualified individuals for roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and facilitate seamless hiring decisions. Manage offer negotiations, extend employment contracts, and integrate new hires into the company, ensuring a smooth transition and retention. Maintain compliance with legal and ethical hiring standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and enhance overall hiring efficiency.

Responsible for accurately updating and managing employee records within HR databases, ensuring all information remains current and compliant with relevant regulations.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of the HRMS system to ensure optimal functionality. Implement updates and enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to address technical issues and facilitate seamless integration with other organizational systems. Monitor system security and data integrity, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Train staff on system usage and provide ongoing support to maximize efficiency and adoption. Analyze system reports identifying trends, generate insights, and recommend strategic improvements for HR processes.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement through a variety of programs and events designed to foster team cohesion and morale.

Proficiency in compliance-related matters is essential, requiring a solid grasp of relevant regulations and standards.

Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
