Position Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead increased product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position will focus on cultivating enduring client relationships, advocating high-value products to clinics and hospitals, and actively engaging dental professionals to elevate sales performance within the dental supplies sector.
Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the department, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Assigns tasks to team members based on their skills and expertise, monitoring progress to maintain efficiency and productivity. Collaborates with other departments to align goals and streamline workflows, fostering a cohesive working environment. Manages resources effectively to optimize performance and meet organizational objectives. Provides guidance and support to staff, addressing challenges and facilitating professional growth. Maintains accurate records, generates reports, and communicates key metrics to senior leadership to inform decision-making. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and company standards to mitigate risks and uphold quality.
Deliver a comprehensive portfolio of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables to dental practices, hospitals, and healthcare institutions, driving sales and fostering long-term client relationships.
Through proactive outreach efforts, including field visits, strategic referrals, and participation in key industry events, the role will uncover and cultivate emerging business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
Develop and nurture enduring professional connections with dental professionals and influential stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships and drive mutual growth.
Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to equip clients with full comprehension of proper usage, advantages, and maintenance requirements.
Conduct ongoing surveillance and analysis of competitor actions, pricing strategies, and new developments within the dental supplies’ industry, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Partner with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to guarantee on-time deliveries and deliver outstanding client support.
Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals while driving revenue growth and maintaining high performance standards.
Accurately document sales activities, customer engagements, and market intelligence to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.

Proven expertise in delivering compelling presentations, leading high-stakes negotiations, and fostering strong interpersonal relationships distinguishes this role.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.
Extensive travel within the designated region is required.
