A prominent opportunity has emerged within our Kenya Crop Protection Commercial Function for a technically proficient and commercially astute professional to assume a pivotal role in executing strategic key account management for our Large Scale customer segment while driving business expansion. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for meeting and exceeding the pre-established and formally agreed-upon sales targets for the designated territory.

Formulate and implement tailored business strategies for each customer, establishing specific benchmarks for volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

Facilitate discussions regarding commercial agreements, financial terms, and promotional expenditures to enhance collaborative value generation.

Oversee credit exposure and payment terms to ensure alignment with established company policies.

Oversee distributor account management to achieve a zero Bad & Doubtful Debt Provision (BDDP) status annually.

Accurately forecast demand and oversee inventory planning in collaboration with key accounts.

Develop and oversee comprehensive market strategies from inception to completion, encompassing marketing initiatives, sales enablement efforts, technical support, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain and customer operations teams.

Proactively identify, evaluate, and analyze market trends while managing business risks and opportunities across key accounts by systematically monitoring market dynamics, the competitive environment, and customer financial stability.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with three or more years of experience in software development.
