Develop and sustain a robust, dynamic deal pipeline by engaging medium and large SMEs, PSV Sacco, and fleet operators, particularly those with existing or upcoming asset financing requirements.
Develop, negotiate, and oversee joint marketing and promotional programs with asset dealers to boost business volumes, ensuring these initiatives are seamlessly implemented across all branches and relevant teams.
Proactively uncover and capitalize on cross-selling prospects for a range of banking products—including current and savings accounts (CASA), insurance, investments, and trade services—to strengthen customer engagement and foster long-term relationships.
Partner with various internal teams and departments to comprehensively assess customer requirements and provide customized asset finance solutions, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.
