Are you a proactive, people-oriented innovator with a strong enthusiasm for digital marketing and exceptional interpersonal skills? Do you excel at blending content development, audience engagement, and analytical insights? If so, consider joining ENSO Education as a Marketing Intern at Tangela International Schools (DISC), where you’ll actively contribute to shaping how prospective families engage with and select our schools.

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a pivotal role at the crossroads of marketing and admissions, where your responsibilities will include capturing inbound leads, cultivating relationships with prospective families, and enhancing DISC’s brand visibility through digital channels.

Your mission:

Serve as the primary liaison for inbound inquiries, handling communication across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media with professionalism. Qualify leads through targeted questioning, then schedule and confirm campus visits to advance prospects through the sales pipeline.

Develop and oversee content initiatives by crafting engaging social media posts, reels, newsletters, and marketing materials with Canva and AI tools, thereby enhancing DISC’s digital footprint across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

Maintain CRM integrity by meticulously recording all lead interactions in Pipedrive, accurately updating pipeline stages, and upholding data hygiene standards to provide the admissions team with reliable reporting capabilities.

Provide comprehensive support for campaigns from inception to completion, including assistance with enrollment-season initiatives, open days, and school events across all DISC campuses, culminating in post-event reporting.

Your contributions will play a pivotal role in enhancing lead conversion rates, increasing enrollment numbers, and strengthening DISC’s brand visibility, positioning you as a key driver of the school’s growth objectives.

Oversee critical operational duties to ensure seamless business performance, including the management of daily workflows and adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and compliance with organizational standards. Act as a liaison between departments to foster collaboration and resolve cross-functional challenges. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support professional development and maintain high standards of work quality. Ensure alignment with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices while driving continuous improvement across all functions.

Screening and converting leads stand as the primary focus of this role. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential customers, nurturing relationships to facilitate conversions, and ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to final sale. A strong emphasis is placed on evaluating lead viability, maintaining engagement, and aligning prospects with the appropriate products or services to meet their needs. Proficiency in lead management tools, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this position.

Respond to all incoming inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media direct messages in adherence to the established service level agreements.

Conduct preliminary telephone screenings with a standardized qualification script to evaluate parents’ requirements, alignment with the curriculum, and project timelines.

Classify incoming leads within Pipedrive, ensuring accurate categorization and seamless progression through each pipeline stage, from initial engagement as a New Lead to the scheduling of a Campus Visit.

Cultivate warm leads by delivering personalized follow-ups, distributing comprehensive school information packets, and extending invitations to events.

Arrange and validate campus visits and open day attendances, ensuring the Admission Manager receives a comprehensive briefing in advance of each event.

Each week, provide a comprehensive report to the Admission Manager detailing lead volume, response times, qualification rates, and conversion metrics.

We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee our marketing content and digital presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The ideal candidate will manage content creation, distribution, and strategy, leveraging digital channels to enhance engagement and drive growth. Responsibilities include developing compelling copy, curating multimedia assets, and analyzing performance metrics to refine campaigns. A strong understanding of SEO, social media trends, and analytics tools is essential, along with proficiency in content management systems and graphic design software. The role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives.

Develop and oversee a monthly social media content calendar tailored for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, encompassing all DISC campuses.

Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, newsletters, brochures, and event flyers, utilizing Canva and AI writing tools while ensuring alignment with ENSO’s brand guidelines.

Document campus events, student life, and extracurricular activities through high-quality photography and foundational video recordings, ensuring content is optimized for diverse marketing platforms.

Compose engaging communications directed at parents, such as newsletters, invitations for open days, and follow-up materials for campaigns.

Conduct comprehensive research and compile detailed reports to support informed decision-making and strategic planning within the organization. Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance in all reporting outputs while adhering to established deadlines and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate findings, and deliver high-impact deliverables that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Perform routine competitor analyses to evaluate their market positioning, fee structures, and messaging strategies, providing detailed reports on findings.

Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and campaign outcomes through platform analytics and Google Analytics, then compile and present these insights in detailed reports.

Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact records within the Pipedrive platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is readily available for marketing initiatives.
