The Deputy Principal & Campus Administrator will act on behalf of the Principal, leading and overseeing the institution while managing the daily academic, administrative, and operational activities of the designated campus. This position guarantees the successful execution of academic programs, staff supervision, student support services, and operational effectiveness, in addition to ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. Furthermore, the role involves the implementation of the Institute’s strategic objectives.

Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance productivity and profitability. Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to monitor performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards while optimizing cost-efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentoring, training initiatives, and performance evaluations to cultivate high-performing teams. Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication, resolve conflicts, and drive collaborative problem-solving across the organization.

Demonstrate leadership while overseeing the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions of the designated campus.

Support the execution of the Institute’s strategic plan, policies, quality standards, and institutional objectives. Additionally, administer academic programs, student affairs, and learner support services to uphold training excellence and foster a positive student experience.

Foster an environment characterized by professionalism, discipline, and exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive and enriching student experience throughout the campus.

Oversee departmental leaders, trainers, and support personnel to uphold service excellence and enhance operational productivity.

Facilitate the expansion of student enrollment by implementing strategic marketing efforts, fostering key partnerships, and driving community engagement initiatives within the designated campus catchment area.

Oversee the effective use, upkeep, and protection of training facilities, educational materials, and institutional property to maintain optimal functionality and security.

Oversee adherence to VET regulatory standards and institutional quality assurance frameworks, encompassing Quality Management System standards such as ISO 9001:2015.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, with at least three years in a leadership or mentorship role, is mandatory. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with expertise in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks like React and back-end systems like Node.js. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time are critical. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.

A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, education, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of five years of dedicated experience in academic administration, hospitality training, or institutional management, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of practical expertise to the role.

Exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding communication expertise, and refined organizational talents are required for this position.

Demonstrates a strong command of information and communication technology (ICT) and administrative systems, with the ability to leverage these tools effectively to support operational and organizational functions.

Proficiency in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (VET) or Hospitality Education is highly desirable.
